Safety Orientation Classes

All new members and members who let their membership lapse are required to attend a Safety Orientation class as part of their application for SSSC membership. Classes are held the third Saturday of the month starting at 10:00 a.m. and should be completed by 11:30 a.m. Class may be held outside, so dress accordingly. Your gate code will be emailed to you within a few days after the class. For additional details, please visit the Range Safety page.

If you haven’t yet signed up for club membership you can bring your registration and dues to the orientation. Make sure you fill out the registration entirely including the membership in a second amendment advocacy organization information. You can sign up for your NRA membership here.

Concealed Handgun Permit Class

Colorado Concealed Handgun Permit Classes are taught several times each year. Please email the Club if you want your name on the waiting list for the next scheduled class. See applicable C.R.S.code for criteria for obtaining a permit in Colorado to make sure you are qualified to obtain one.
